Justice Committee in the Borders

On Monday and Tuesday this week the Justice Committee met in the Borders where we met with representatives and held a Business Planning Day for the year ahead. The visit provided a welcome opportunity to listen to the views of local police, as well as others working in the justice system. The Committee has a busy year ahead with issues we will be looking at include the funding of police, prisons and community justice. If you want to keep up to date with the work of the Justice Committee then go to the Committee’s webpage - https://www.parliament.scot/…/Curren…/justice-committee.aspx
